Job description

About the role

As a Working Student – Condition Monitoring Analyst, you’ll provide valuable support to our Condition Monitoring Analysts (CMA) team. The CMA team plays a key role in delivering the value of our Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) condition monitoring service, with a strong focus on customers in the water industry.

In this role, you will help improve the reliability and efficiency of monitored electric centrifugal pumps and related processes. You’ll analyze alarms triggered by our predictive algorithms to detect potential issues, such as blockages and airlocks, before they lead to failures or unplanned downtime. You will also work on integrating customer-provided data (e.g., flow rates, pump curves) into our system, supporting our mission to prevent failures and optimize energy efficiency across critical water infrastructure.

Working hours: While we offer flexibility in working hours, candidates should be available to work at least on Mondays and Tuesdays, and approximately 2 hours each on Saturday and Sunday afternoons to support ongoing monitoring activities.

Your challenge 🎯

  • Analyze data and indicators from current, voltage, and frequency spectra to identify root causes of deviations.

  • Implement pump curves and flow data in our system to support the Energy team in optimizing process performance.

  • Support data-driven projects that enhance our tools and monitoring processes.

  • Update and maintain customer incident records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date insights.

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of customer assets and proactive issue resolution.
