About the team 👋

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter who’s ready to make an impact! Ideal for recent university graduates with at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment or a related HR field, this role offers the opportunity to play a vital role in attracting top talent. You’ll be the go-to expert for recruitment-related inquiries, guiding both candidates and hiring managers through a seamless hiring process. As a key team member, you’ll ensure our recruitment efforts are efficient, effective, and always aligned with our company’s vision.

In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also support the HR Operations Specialist with a variety of essential HR tasks. These might include ensuring accurate payroll management, assisting with both onboarding and offboarding processes, and helping with other key operational HR activities.

As part of our People Team, you’ll work closely with the HR Operations Specialist, our Lead People & Organization and collaborate with hiring managers on the recruitment side, contributing to the seamless functioning of our HR processes.

Your challenge 🎯

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Create and post engaging job openings to attract top talent.

  • Screen CVs to identify qualified candidates and short-list top performers.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, working closely with hiring managers to assess candidates effectively.

  • Prepare personalized job offer emails to successfully close top candidates.

  • Support new hires through a smooth and welcoming onboarding process, ensuring they feel set up for success from day one.

HR Administration & Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our systems, ensuring all documents are properly stored and accessible.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials, and introducing company policies, and setting up profiles in the payroll system and performance review tool

  • Support the HR team in maintaining and updating the employee handbook, ensuring it reflects current policies and procedures as well as strive for continuous improvement by updating HR related policies.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, ensuring they receive timely and accurate responses, such as providing employer statements for employees seeking to buy or rent a property

  • Support People and Office team in promoting a positive company culture by helping to organize internal events, team-building activities, and company celebrations.

Benefits & Payroll

  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, ensuring employees the payroll system is up to date 

  • Support the HR team with payroll processes, including gathering required data and resolving any payroll-related issues.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure employee documentation complies with legal and company requirements, keeping it up-to-date.

  • Assist with organizing audits, preparing materials, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

HR Projects & Improvements

  • Assist with ongoing HR projects aimed at improving the employee journey and enhancing the overall HR function (e.g. Supporting diversity and inclusion efforts through workshops or events that promote a positive, inclusive work environment) 

Job requirements

What you’ll bring

Qualifications Required:

  • A University degree.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR-related or a Recruiter role

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.

  • Comfortable with HR software and tools.

  • Able to understand technical roles and the relevant recruitment strategies.
