About the team 👋

As our Electrical Installation Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers and helping us maintain our high service standards towards our customers. You will guide our customers through the installation of the SAM4 hardware in their motor control cabinets. The SAM4 hardware consists of a data acquisition device, gateway, switch, and current and voltage transformers. You will help our customers make detailed installation plans, provide remote support during installation, and help troubleshoot issues that arise.

Your challenge 🎯

• Make detailed installation plans for SAM4 hardware in customers’ motor control cabinets, based on technical drawings
• Manage installations through our internal tooling
• Provide live remote support during installations
• Regular travel to high priority customers to provide on site support
• Troubleshoot and solve issues that arise during installation
• Process incoming alerts of offline hardware, invalid data, and other issues post-installation

What you'll bring ⭐

Qualifications required

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering / Bachelor of Applied Sciences

• 5+ years of experience working with electrical installations in industrial environments (production plants) or in facility management

• VCA Basis (NL), NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent

• NEN 3140 VOP, IEC 60364, BS 7671, NFPA 70E or similar equivalent for Electrical Safety Competence

Skills

• Strong understanding of electrical installations and drawings

• Understanding of installation of IoT devices is helpful, but not required

• Eye for detail

• Having a “Customer first attitude”

• Fluency in English; Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or German is a strong advantage

• Internationally oriented
