About the team 👋

You’ll be joining the Global Accounts Team—a collaborative and results-driven team that values both high performance and a positive, supportive work environment. We lead the global rollout of SAM4, our predictive maintenance solution, by delivering tailored service across different countries, cultures, and industries. We work directly with customers to solve their operational challenges - ensuring SAM4 solves real problems. Every win is a team win, backed by ownership, trust, and strong collaboration.

Your challenge 🎯

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic partner for a portfolio of Spanish and Portuguese-speaking industrial clients, primarily in Iberia and Latin America. You’ll play a key role in driving the adoption of our ESA (Electrical Signature Analysis) technology and ensuring our customers achieve meaningful, measurable results.

You will act as the voice of the customer, working closely with onboarding, analytics, and sales teams to deliver an outstanding client experience, while proactively managing renewals and growth opportunities.

  • Drive the adoption of our ESA technology for industrial clients globally, with a focus on Iberia and LATAM

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders

  • Translate technical insights into clear business outcomes for clients

  • Proactively manage renewals and identify upsell and expansion opportunities

  • Serve as the internal advocate for customer needs and feedback

  • Lead engaging presentations and articulate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding, support, and long-term success

What You'll Bring ⭐

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS or industrial technology

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work comfortably with data and technical tools

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Empathetic, proactive, and focused on delivering value

  • Willingness to travel for key client meetings and events

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment is desirable
