About Samotics 🏢

At Samotics, we monitor industrial equipment through Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA), using advanced AI to analyse the electrical “heartbeat” of motors, pumps, and drives.

Our SAM4 platform detects failures inside the motor control cabinet — without installing sensors on the asset itself. Today we monitor thousands of assets across industries such as water, chemicals, mining, and oil & gas.

The Role 👥

Samotics sells into complex industrial markets with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying groups.

To scale globally, we need systems that can turn messy industrial markets into structured pipelines.

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to design and build those systems.

You will build the commercial operating system behind Samotics — combining market intelligence, automation, CRM infrastructure, and AI workflows to help our commercial teams identify the right companies, reach the right stakeholders, and generate qualified pipeline.

This is a builder role. You won’t just run tools — you will design the system.

Your Challenge🎯

1. Build the Market Intelligence Engine

Design systems that map global industrial markets and identify the right accounts and stakeholders.

Examples include:

  • Mapping industrial markets across water utilities, chemicals, heavy industry, and oil & gas

  • Building automated workflows to identify ICP-fit companies

  • Mapping buying groups and stakeholders within target accounts

  • Maintaining continuously enriched account intelligence datasets

  • Translating complex enterprise buying structures into scalable automation logic

2. Design the Commercial Data Architecture

Build the infrastructure that connects market intelligence, CRM, campaigns, and pipeline generation.

Examples include:

  • Designing and maintaining the commercial data model inside HubSpot

  • Ensuring high-quality CRM data and account hierarchies

  • Building automated lead qualification and routing workflows

  • Connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue through reliable attribution

  • Creating dashboards and reporting that support GTM decision-making

3. Build AI-Driven Commercial Workflows

Use AI and automation to improve how Marketing and Sales operate day-to-day.

Examples include:

  • AI-assisted account research and sales preparation

  • Automated meeting summaries and follow-up drafting

  • AI-assisted proposal and report generation

  • Automated campaign analysis and performance insights

  • Workflow automation that reduces repetitive commercial work

4. Design the GTM Automation Layer

Continuously improve the systems and tooling that support our commercial organisation.

Examples include:

  • Evaluating and implementing modern GTM tools and data sources

  • Building automated enrichment and segmentation pipelines

  • Implementing outreach sequencing and campaign infrastructure

  • Supporting account-based marketing and coordinated outreach

  • Improving conversion across the funnel — from first touch to SQL

Example Tools & Stack

You may work with tools such as:

  • Clay

  • HubSpot

  • Apollo or other data providers

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • LLM APIs and AI automation tools

  • Workflow automation platforms

  • Custom scripts or lightweight data pipelines

The exact stack will evolve — you will help define it.

Job requirements

What You Bring  ⭐

You combine commercial understanding with strong systems thinking.

You enjoy turning messy real-world processes into automated systems that scale.

Key capabilities include:

  • 4–8 years experience in GTM Ops, Growth Ops, RevOps, or a highly technical sales/growth role

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern GTM tooling

  • Experience building automation workflows and data pipelines

  • Familiarity with AI tools, LLM workflows, and automation platforms

  • Strong experience with B2B data sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation

  • Ability to translate commercial needs into scalable systems

  • Strong attention to data quality and operational detail
