About the role
As a Tech scale-up, we are always looking for the best technical talent. The number of vacancies in this area has reached the stage where we want to hire a dedicated Tech recruiter. As our Tech recruiter, you will oversee the hiring process from start to finish for all our Tech roles. You advise our hiring managers on how to find the right talent, what screening process to use etc. You’ll be part of our People Team and our Head of People will coach and support you.
Advisor for the hiring teams: advise on the recruitment strategy, vacancy text and design selection processes to make sure we select the right candidates based on objective criterias and in line with our values and culture.
Manage the full recruitment process. Screen candidates in a first interview, before they’re passed on to the hiring team. Plan all hiring touchpoints with clarity on expectations and continuous progress. Communicate offers to successful candidates.
Candidate experience: Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the process. Make people feel comfortable and looked after.
Talent Sourcing: Source relevant candidates for our open positions. Approach talent in a truly personal and on-brand way. Get people interested in the role based on our brand and the challenges they would work on.
Stakeholder updates: Provide stakeholders with recurring updates about the status and progress of the open vacancies, e.g. the number of applications, reasons for rejections, conversion rate per stage.
A bachelor's degree (HBO or WO)
1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably recruitment experience in a tech start-up or scale-up environments
Tech-savvy; able to connect with developers and designers
Self-starter who is determined and tenacious
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Eye for detail, structured and precise
Fluent in English
Already based in The Netherlands
