About the team 👋

You work closely together with the Product Owners of our two products, Asset Health & Energy Efficiency, to understand organizational needs and facilitate the efforts of the development teams. And we have multiple teams consisting of software engineers, data scientists, product developers and electrical signature analysts working on these products which you’ll coach.

Your challenge 🎯

We have grown fast in the past year, from 15 to 25 developers. And now it's time to hire our first Scrum master. Your key responsibility is coaching our development teams in the Agile way-of-working in which you focus on the development and working methods of teams. You facilitate and stimulate self-reflection of the development teams and individuals for process and product improvements. More concrete you’ll work on:

• Organizing and facilitating the well-known Scrum events

• Helping the teams to continuously improve into high performing teams

• Remove obstacles and help the teams to stay focussed.

• Keeping track of team metrics and helping to keep track of the sprint goal

• Ensuring that goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone in the Scrum team (in cooperation with the Product Owner)

• Working on the skills of the teams to be able to tackle things independently

What you’ll bring ⭐

• Professional Scrum master, PSM1 is required. PSM2 is a pre.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum master role and/or working with Agile and cross functional teams

• Understands the Agile Manifesto, the history and understands why we ‘do’ Agile

• Skilled in supportive tooling such as scrum boards, portfolio wall, Jira and Confluence

• Self-managed and driven

• Continuous improvement mindset

• Excellent people and communication skills

• Good observation and retrospection skills

• Strong, constructive listener
