About the teamĀ š
As a Predictive Maintenance Specialist you are part of our Customer Success organization. The Predictive MaintenanceĀ team currently consists of 4 other specialists, with whom you will be working very closely. In addition, you will interact on a daily basis with our Customer Success Managers and Data Science team.
Your challengeĀ šÆ
You play a vital role in helping our customers understand what our AI models have detected and what that means for the integrity of our Customersā most critical assets. Based on your diagnosis and maintenance advice, the customer is able to prevent these critical assets from breaking down and causing costly unplanned downtime.
You will help potential and upscaling customers to identify the right set of assets (based on application type and common failure modes) to be monitored by our SAM4 predictive maintenance system
For complex detections, you will analyze the incoming alarms and the corresponding data in the context of our customersā assets, diagnose the potential issue and communicate a clear advice to the customer.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to the additional support they need to interpret and act on our notifications of potential issues
We expect you to be honest and open about our product, processes and tools, so we can continuously improve the service we deliver to our customers
Together with the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for identifying success stories at to realize the full potential for our products and services at these customers.
Job requirements
What you'll bringĀ ā
This role is ideal for recent graduates in mechanical- or electrical engineering, with excellent communication skills and a pragmatic and ācustomer-firstā mindset. You are passionate about mechanical/ electrical engineering, but more importantly: you love to help our customers increase the uptime of their assets, by diagnosing and communicating upcoming failures well in time! This is a role in which you can develop and practice data analysis, technical customer support and translating technical findings into actionable advice.
Requirements
Bachelor or masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
Great communication skills and a ācustomer-firstā mindset and attitude
Fluency in English
Fluent in Spanish, German or French is a big plus
Interest in industrial rotating equipment, predictive maintenance, industry 4.0
Nice to have: 1-2 years of working experience in Asset Reliability or Maintenance Teams

We use a combination of interviews and a job test to assess candidates for this position. After a short interview by phone (+/- 20 minutes) and successfully completing the test, you may be invited to an assessment day at our office in Leiden, where you will speak to the manager of the Customer Success Team, a direct (potential) colleague and on of our management team members.
