As Samotics expands, your position will involve a lot of responsibility and offer plenty of room for professional growth.
The growth hacker
In the role of growth hacker you divide your time between various tasks: (1) You will own all our paid lead generation channels; we primarily use LinkedIn campaign manager but also SEA and other social channels; (2) own our organic lead generation channel, the website; (3) manage our marketing automation systems and tools. In all of the above we leverage smart tools and next-gen technology to automate as much as possible. Finally, we are very keen to help you develop an all round set of interpersonal and business skills that will serve you well for the rest of your career.
You will play a key role in our growth: it is your key responsibility to generate (and educate) potential leads through two of our key channels; LinkedIn and our website.
Your main responsibilities will be extremely varied: from owning our paid channels to our organic channels but also implementing cutting edge marketing automation; in a nutshell: our digital marketing Jack or Jill of all trades. You will be tasked with generating high quality leads in our core industries. That means you’ll have a direct impact on our sales funnel and thus company growth. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of our digital channels and keep improving them. Digital channels include: website, online ads, search engine rankings, email, marketing automation and online ads.
Ownership of all our paid and organic lead generation channels, from our LinkedIn campaign manager to our website.
Access to a substantial budget to manage these channels and propose initiatives for improvement.
With your analytical mind you interpret data and statistics from our digital channels. Based on that, you will adjust what is necessary to improve running campaigns (LinkedIn campaign manager, SEA), findability (SEO) and User Experience.
You’ll work closely with the content team to define and create new content.
Running and managing digital campaigns across all our channels (paid & organic)
Improving the conversion rates, whether it’s through optimising the content, messaging, design or the channel. Whatever’s necessary!
Making nalyses and visuals to show our campaigns’ performance, and make pragmatic adjustments based on your analysed results.
