The Role 👥

We’re looking for a proactive and organised commercial professional to strengthen our Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with ABB and additional partners to help them position and sell SAM4 and our Drive as a Sensor offering.

You will empower partner sales teams with the knowledge, materials and confidence they need to succeed, while also stepping into customer conversations when your expertise can help move opportunities forward.

This is a hands-on, varied role. One day you’ll be preparing enablement materials or coordinating internally, and the next you may be joining customer workshops or representing Samotics at partner events. If you enjoy taking ownership, building relationships and driving commercial outcomes, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make an impact.

 

Your Challenge 🎯

Partner Sales Enablement

  • Equip partner teams—particularly ABB—with up-to-date collateral, product information, pricing details and clear, effective messaging.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner salespeople, responding quickly and coordinating internally as needed.

  • Deliver engaging training and activation sessions that build partner confidence and capability.

  • Create compelling, high-quality materials that help partners position and sell SAM4.

 

Sales Support & Pipeline Management

  • Support partner-led opportunities by joining customer discussions, workshops and technical sessions when requested.

  • Maintain a clear and accurate partner pipeline across opportunities, renewals and expansions.

  • Handle incoming orders, renewals and commercial documentation to ensure smooth, timely processing.

  • Represent Samotics at partner events, customer meetings and industry conferences, gathering valuable market insights.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring ⭐

  • 3–6+ years of experience in commercial roles such as business development, partnerships or sales, ideally within B2B technology or industrial environments.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft engaging presentations, sales collateral and training materials.

  • Outstanding organisational ability and a structured, dependable way of working.

  • Comfort engaging with technical content; engineering or industrial/energy exposure is a strong plus.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with internal teams, partner organisations and customers.

  • Willingness to travel internationally for partner trainings, customer meetings and events.

  • Fluency in English; Spanish, French or Dutch are a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
